For the third year, the Day of Science and Innovation will be featured during the AVF 30th Annual Meeting. This highly informative, educational all-inclusive forum is designed to identify current research priorities in venous and lymphatic diseases and providing an educational component as well. This day-long forum will occur on Tuesday, February 20th, 2018 featuring valuable plenary sessions, each concluding with a half-hour, interactive structured discussion among the panelists and attendees.

Through participation in the Day of Science and Innovation, the representatives of these different sectors will address the state of the field, discuss next steps for closing knowledge gaps in the two highlighted areas, discover the role data can plan in influencing positive changes in coverage and ultimately identify what is needed to improve medical treatment of patients with venous and lymphatic disease.

The 2018 program will include a Continuous Medical Education (CME) morning session and a plenary update and discussion about the ATTRACT trial.
